The transfer window may not open for a while yet, but the news and speculation about possible deals doesn’t show any signs of slowing down.
Here are the latest updates about some potential big summer moves.
Toni Kroos
Manchester United are keen to replace the outgoing Michael Carrick with Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos. The German, 28, has been in Spain since 2014.
Wilfried Zaha
Tottenham are looking to again make a move for Crystal Palace attacker Wilfried Zaha. The London club made two failed bids last summer but haven’t given up on the 25-year-old.
Marco Asensio
The Real Madrid midfielder says he has five offers from other clubs – Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea, Juventus and Bayern Munich. President of the club, Florentino Perez, says he has no interest in selling the Spaniard.
Stefan de Vrij
The Lazio centre back will reportedly leave the club for free this summer, as his contract renewal has been withdrawn. The 26-year-old has been linked with Liverpool in the past 12 months.
Nabil Fekir
The agent of Lyon’s Nail Fekir has refused to rule out the possibility of his client moving away from Ligue 1 in the summer. He has been linked with Arsenal in recent months.
Marcos Rojo
Despite reports to the contrary, Paris St-Germain are thought to have no interest in Manchester United’s Marcos Rojo. The defender had been linked with a £30m move to France.
Leonardo Ulloa
The Argentine striker want to make his loan move from Leicester to Brighton a permanent deal this summer. The 31-year-old is clearly settled on the south coast.
